After years of working both in and on the salon industry, Bethany felt called to bring together everything she valued most into one space.
With over 15 years in the beauty industry, she has dedicated her career to serving both clients and fellow professionals. Her experience includes educating future stylists at Paul Mitchell Schools, teaching advanced education in salons throughout the Southeast, and serving on the corporate education team at John Paul Mitchell Systems—all while continuing to work behind the chair.
She believes exceptional hair begins with intentional care, continual education, and genuine connection. Throughout her career, Bethany has remained passionate about cultivating environments where both people and professionals can flourish.
